Marinagri is a European Protected Site, because is the ideal habitat for a lot of animal and plant species, marine and terrestrial, object of study and observation by the WWF and the biology department of Tor Vergata University in Rome.
Our real estate development was ispired by these values in agreement with the Environment Basilicata Authority, that suggest us architectural lines, typical colors, local materials and the biodiversity respect. The green philosophy permeates all our development thanks to green building, water recycling and recovery of native species. Today we are still in the initial stage and yet Marinagri is already nominated for the Green Awards 2016.
