Marina Village

The Marina Village is the heart of our resort. The long beach and the mediterranean pinewood hid our islands and peninsulas connected by characteristic stone bridges, offering a typical Italian village with squares, gardens, meeting places and the port,that conceive to live the sea in the most natural way. Inside the Marina the promenade with shops, restaurants, bars, yacht club, hotels, residences and beautiful mansions with private moorings or terraces overlooking the sea. An ideal place to live all year long with a dry microclimate really unusual during summer.

Aran Island

This is the first island that you can reach entering in the resort, surely the largest with the Hotel Marinagri and some private villas. The Hotel Marinagri square is very gorgeous with the Hotel lounge bar, usual meeting place for breakfast and happy hour, often this is the location for music evening events in a set of great charm.

Bora Island

From Aran island passing the typical stone bridge you reach Bora island, which welcomes our guests with a large square garden and a wharf with berths where often beautiful yachts are moored.

Crea Peninsula

We are on the right side of the marina and this peninsula is located before the new “Residence del Porto”. Here there are some of the most beautiful houses of the resort including a Villa corner with the largest garden of the Marina Village.

Dada Peninsula

Entering from “Porta del Sole” this peninsula is located in the first part of the development, certainly one of the liveliest, now inhabited mainly by a north european community.

Edea Island

This is one of the most beautiful islands overlooking the channel named "Grand Canal" and adds to its fortunate position near the marina, the easy access to all services and the shopping area.

Floe Island

Surely it is one of the most popular islands due to its proximity to the beaches at the Hotel, and this is the island where you can still find exclusive properties in a really pleasant location.

Gysa Island

Located in the heart of Marina Village, Gysa is our smallest island. A super exclusive enclave with its square and the few villas all with large berths from 12 to 20 meters, with one of the most beautiful bridges connected with Floe island.

Hilo Peninsula

Its arched shape is very singular. Few properties in a very pleasant location is appreciated by its residents for the parking spaces proximity just below the apartments.

Idra Island

A very exclusive island with only one luxury mansion with a private berth for boats up to 40 m. is currently under construction.

Java Island

Its particular shape will make the new release properties really exclusives. Absolutely unique the typical stone tower. Currently under construction.

Kuna Peninsula

Nestled along the “Ponente” promenade, between the bridgeLety and the bridge Java is characterized by a large garden and a beautiful waterfront that offers a very large double overlooking on the pine forest and the sea. Currently under construction.

Lety Island

An exclusive island that offers four different exposures with a nice little square with common mooring point. Currently under construction.

Maya Peninsula

A unique position between the pine forest and the falls which connect the Laguna Village with Marina Village. Along the waterfront beautiful villas with large gardens. Currently under construction.

Naos Peninsula

Close to the Marina shopping area, this peninsula offers an enviable south facing, between the sea and the Natural Sanctuary. The new villas have berths up to 21 meters close to the private garden and the great convenience of the near parking area. Currently under construction.
